發明 台灣 一種簡便型氧氣潮濕瓶,包含一瓶體、一蓋體、一噴射管,瓶體一側具有一出氣管,蓋體設於該瓶體上且具有一進氣管,該蓋體一側設有一調整孔,該調整孔設一可活動狀之調整體,用以開啟、關閉該調整孔,該調整體具有一撥動部,噴射管之第一支管上端連通該進氣管,該第一支管下端噴孔對應一導流部,該導流部朝該調整孔延伸,該第二支管下端連通一導管。氧氣供應單元之氧氣經由進氣管、第二支管、導管並經瓶體內的水濕化後由出氣管排出以傳輸給病患使用,而可藉由撥動部使調整體移動,以改變調整孔之大小,導流部可輕易地導流第一支管噴出的氧氣經由不同大小的調整孔排出瓶體外,進而可調整氧氣濃度(即調整分率,fraction of oxygen, FiO2),便於選擇病患所需的氧氣吸入濃度數值(如28%至100%)。 A convenient oxygen humidity bottle includes a bottle body, a cover body, and an injection tube. An air outlet pipe is provided on one side of the bottle body. The cover body is arranged on the bottle body and provided with an air inlet pipe, and an adjustment hole is provided on one side of the cover body. The adjustment hole is provided with a movable adjustment body for opening and closing the adjustment hole. The adjustment body is provided with a toggle part. The upper end of a first branch pipe of the injection tube is in communication with the air inlet pipe. An injection hole at the lower end of the first branch pipe corresponds to a flow guiding portion. The flow guiding portion extends toward the adjustment hole. The lower end of a second branch pipe is in communication with a catheter. Oxygen in an oxygen supply unit passes through the air inlet pipe, the second branch pipe and the catheter, and is humidified by the water in the bottle body and discharged from the air outlet pipe so as to be transferred to a patient. The adjustment body can be moved by the toggle part to change the size of the adjustment hole. The flow guiding portion can easily guide the oxygen injected from the first branch pipe out of the bottle body through the adjustment holes of different sizes, and the oxygen concentration can thus be adjusted (i.e., adjusting the fraction of oxygen, FiO2), thereby conveniently selecting an oxygen inhalation concentration value (e.g. 28% to 100%) as required by the patient.
