本發明關於一種人類間質幹細胞體外快速增生佐劑,用以解決習知人類間質幹細胞培養時細胞擴增效率不佳之問題。本發明之人類間質幹細胞培養添加佐劑包括至少一種抗氧化劑、一第二型纖維母細胞生長因子(FGF-2)。藉此,將前述佐劑加入包含人類間質幹細胞之培養基中,於常氧環境(約21%氧分壓)培養後,出現細胞快速分裂、細胞週期合成期(S phase)比例提高、減少老化及提高分化潛能等現象,使本發明不僅可快速地擴增人類間質幹細胞並獲取生長因子,且仍可保有幹細胞多功能性之特徵,作為人類間質幹細胞之培養及擴增之用途。 | An adjuvant for rapid proliferation of human mesenchymal stem cells in vitro is provided to overcome the problem of low cell amplification efficiency of human mesenchymal stem cells in a culture process.
