研究興趣     

本研究室主要研究發炎反應與基因突變造成巴金森氏症之致病機轉,尿皮質素對於神經細胞分化與保護之探討及神經細胞與微膠細胞間之交互作用。研究方向包括:

1.微膠細胞在神經退化性疾病所扮演角色之研究

2.巴金森氏症Parkin基因突變對神經細胞抗氧化、神經毒素、發炎反應等壓力之研究

3.尿皮質素對於神經細胞神經保護,神經新生及抗發炎反應之研究

4.神經細胞外泌體調控微膠細胞活化之研究

 

Our current interests focus on:

1. The role of microglia (an immune cell in the brain) in the neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson’s disease.

2. The effect of Parkin gene mutation in dopaminergic neurons exposed to oxidative stress, neurotoxins and inflammation.

3. The function of neuropeptide, urocortin, on neuroprotection, neuronal differentiation of neural stem cells and anti-inflammation.

4. Regulation of neuron-derived exosomes on microglial activation.
