花蓮慈濟醫院檢驗醫學科通過衛生福利部國民健康署「預防保健服務之婦女人類乳突病毒檢測服務」之檢驗醫事機構資格審查。
自114.12.01 (一) 起，HPV DNA High Risk Genotype人類乳突病毒檢驗 (高風險分型) 將由外送改為本院檢驗醫學科自行檢驗。
檢驗醫令：L1177、L1177-1、L1177-2、L1177-3
檢體採集：限使用專用採檢組收集的子宮頸檢體2 mL，採檢標準流程說明如圖

HPV Type 16 : Negative
-HPV 16 DNA is below the level of detection.
HPV Type 18/45 : Negative
-HPV 18/45 DNA is below the level of detection.
Other High Risk HPV : Negative
