Dr. Cheryl Lin is Co-Director of the Policy and Organizational Management Program and on the faculty of the Markets & Management Program and the Psychology & Neuroscience Department at Duke University. She teaches marketing management, service quality, consumer psychology, health research, and international business. Her research focuses on interdisciplinary approach to consumer insights, social and health behavior, decision science, and economics. She has been the faculty lead of Bass Connections projects, part of Duke’s cross-departmental research initiatives.
