友善國際醫療服務 Friendly International Medical Services
為提供病患最專業且完整的醫療服務，花蓮慈濟醫院成立國際醫學中心，中心設有專業的協調員，協助國際病人規劃醫療行程及提供全面性的服務，包含:醫療諮詢、門診、住院、健康檢查、外語服務、簽證申請、住宿及交通安排等，於海外亦有長期服務的資深志工團隊以及國際慈濟人醫會組織提供各項醫療服務支援。此外，為提升國際醫療服務的可近性並發展各項創新醫療服務，中心積極開發海外服務據點，目前於中國大陸、馬來西亞、新加坡、印尼、菲律賓、越南等地均設有多處服務據點，民眾可選擇鄰近據點尋求醫療諮詢服務。
針對海外緊急救援服務，中心亦與國際sos(香港商國際思奧思有限公司台灣分公司)及飛聖全球服務股份有限公司合作，協助病患醫療轉送、保險等相關行程流程，提供外籍病患緊急救援服務，守護病患的生命與健康。
In order to provide our patients with the most professional and personalized medical care, Hualien Tzu-Chi Hospital established the International Medical Center.We have professional coordinators to assist overseas patients to plan their medical schedule and provide comprehensive services, including: medical consultation, outpatient consultation, inpatient hospitalization, health examination, foreign language interpretation services, visa application, accommodation and transportation arrangements, etc.We also have a long-standing team of experienced volunteers overseas and Tzu Chi International Medical Association to support our medical services.In addition, to enhance the accessibility of international medical services and to develop innovative medical services, our center is actively expanding our overseas service locations, and currently there are several service locations in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam, etc. You may choose a nearby location for medical consultation services.For overseas emergency services, our center also cooperates with International Sos (Hong Kong business international Sioux Falls Co., Ltd., Taiwan branch) and Fei Sheng Global Services Co. to help patients with medical transportation, insurance and other related travel processes, providing emergency rescue services for overseas patients and guarding lives and health of patients.
國際醫事人員訓練 International Medical Training
本院的目標為「積極培育人才，落實醫療人文，成為國際醫學教育訓練中心」，自成立以來積極發展特色醫療並投入國際醫事人員訓練工作，不僅交流臨床經驗，更促成許多國際醫療合作及發展。近年來，為持續加強我國與友邦間之醫療合作交流，提升台灣國際外交形象及量能，中心亦配合外交部及與其他國內醫療院所共同合作，提供友邦國家醫事人員訓練計畫，強化友邦醫療專業人員照護能力，以提升合作國家醫療照護品質。
The goal of our hospital is to become an international medical center for medical education and training by actively cultivating talents and fulfilling medical humanism. Since the establishment of our hospital, we have been actively involved in the development of specialty medical care and the training of international medical staff, which has not only led to the exchange of clinical experience, but also to many international medical collaborations and growth. Recently, in order to strengthen medical cooperation between Taiwan and diplomatic allies and to enhance Taiwan's international diplomatic profile, our center has also cooperated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other medical institutions in Taiwan to provide training programs for medical staff, to strengthen the capacity of medical professionals, and to improve the quality of medical care in diplomatic allies.
國際醫療衛生合作 International Healthcare Cooperation
因應政府推展新南向醫衛合作與產業鏈計畫，中心成立新南向辦公室，協助衛生福利部推動人才培育及醫衛產業鏈連結，維繫及推展我國與菲律賓醫療衛生合作的實質關係。
To assist the Department of Health and Welfare in promoting the New Southbound Healthcare Cooperation and Industry Chain Project, the Center established the New Southbound Office cultivating talents and linking healthcare industry chains to maintain and enhance the relationship between Taiwan and the Philippines.
