本發明提供一種醫藥組成物，其包含間質幹細胞、透明質酸及醫藥學上可接受之載劑。該醫藥組成物係用於治療關節疾病，該組成物之間質幹細胞係選自髕骨下脂肪墊基質細胞、骨髓間質幹細胞、華頓氏膠幹細胞及脂肪衍生幹細胞所組成群組之至少一者，且該透明質酸濃度範圍為25%(v/v)至75%(v/v)。本發明進一步提供一種治療關節疾病的方法，其包括將含有間質幹細胞、透明質酸及醫藥學上可接受之載劑之組成物投予至個體之受損關節組織中。 | The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising mesenchymal stem cells, a hyaluronan and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The pharmaceutical composition is used for the treatment of the joint disease. The mesenchymal stem cells in the composition are at least one selected from the group consisting of infra-patellar fat pad stromal cells, bone marrow stem cells, Wharton's jelly stem cells and adipose derived stem cells. The concentration of the hyaluronan is in a range from 25% (v/v) to 75% (v/v). The present invention further provides a method for treating a joint disease, comprising a step of administrating a composition containing mesenchymal stem cells, a hyaluronan and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier to an injured joint tissue of a subject. |
