公告編號17：【委外檢驗項目】血液特殊檢驗項目Protein C、Protein S、Antithrombin III、Lupus anticoagulant、Factor VIII、Thrombin Time 異動說明

 

  1. 自108年10月23日起，因時效與試劑穩定性供應評估考量，血液特殊檢驗項目L0350 Protein C、L0353 Protein S、L0357 Antithrombin III、L0358 Lupus anticoagulant、L0354 Factor VIII、L0363 Thrombin Time等項目委託大安聯合醫事檢驗所檢驗。
  2. 採檢管種類與採血量皆不變，報告時效除Factor VIII維持原本14天，其餘皆縮短為7天；報告參考值除 Protein S變更為58.6-126.0% (原參考區間：60 - 130% )，其餘皆不變。
