非潰瘍性消化不良

概  論

有時我們會以為自己有胃潰瘍而去看醫生，但其實潰瘍不是背後原因。也許你也曾有過似刀割般的上腹痛，但診斷性的檢查沒有顯示有潰瘍或其他消化性問題—所有的檢查都正常。如果你有上述的情形，那你可能患有 “非潰瘍性的消化不良”(nonulcer dyspepsia)。在英文中, “ dyspepsia”源自於希臘文字根 dys (困難) 和 pepsia (消化)。

非潰瘍性消化不良是一種常見，有時慢性的上消化道(包括食道，胃，和十二指腸的第一部份)失調，。它可以引起類似潰瘍的症狀，如上腹痛，不適，及時常伴隨的腹脹，打嗝，和噁心。

前言

你或許也曾經體驗過胸口灼熱的狀況而且伴隨著食物回流到嘴裡的感覺。這是胃食道逆流造成的,是一種胃酸(偶爾還會有膽汁)回流到食道裡的狀況。如果有證據顯示食道有受刺激而發炎,你就是得到了胃食道逆流症。

正常來說,下食道括約肌阻止了絕大部分胃酸的逆流。這條帶狀,位於食道底部的肌肉除了吞嚥的時候,平常是不開啟的。如果這肌肉有不正常的開啟或是減弱,胃酸就得以逆流及胸口不適或灼熱。

沾染K他命成癮　膀胱萎縮難復原

　　近年來，青少年濫用藥物嚴重，特別是K他命吸食成癮，還可能造成泌尿功能嚴重受損，導致必須包尿布過生活，須接受膀胱重建手術才可能獲得改善。花蓮慈濟醫院泌尿部主任郭漢崇指出，暑假結束後，K他命的問題也隨著開學浮現，他建議吸食上癮者要及早就醫治療，讓毒品對身體的危害降到最低。
