本中心服務對象為「非本國籍且無健保身份」的病人
Our client: Patients who have other nationalities and do not have Taiwan National Health Insurance
具健保身份但需國際醫學中心提供服務者，需簽署「自費同意書」，所有醫療費用採全額自費。
If you have Taiwan National Health Insurance but want to be served by IMC, you will be required to sign “Self-Pay Consent Form for Patients with National Health Insurance,” and all the medical expense will pay by yourself.

就醫流程 Hospital Visit Procedure
請依照您的就醫需求查閱各項服務申請流程及填寫申請表，中心個管師會親自與您聯繫並協助安排。另外，請儘量於抵院前一週提出申請，以利完成各項治療及檢查安排。
Please read our service guideline and fill out the application form according to your medical needs. And our case manager will contact you in person and assist with any arrangement. In addition, please submit your application one week before you arrive in order to make every appointment and examination arrangement.
收費標準 Charge Criterion
門診收費為新台幣1500元起(掛號費300元，醫師診察費1200元)，藥劑費、治療及檢查檢驗費另依國際醫學中心收費標準計。
VIP Outpatient Clinic charges NT$1,500 (Registration Fee $300, Physician Consultation Fee $1,200), medication fee, treatment fee and examination or laboratory test fee and others will be calculated in accordance with IMC charging standard.
住院病房費依房型種類收費，藥品費、治療費、檢驗檢查費、手術費、住院餐飲費及其他費用另依國際醫學中心收費標準計。
Inpatient ward will be charged according to the type of the room. Medication fee, treatment fee, examination or laboratory test fee, operation fee, ward meal fee and others will be calculated in accordance with IMC charging standard.
