Soft tissue filling techniques
Conventional soft tissue filling techniques include fat injection, hyaluronic acid injection, and implantation of artificial prostheses. In the case of "strengthening with adipose stem cells", autologous stem cells from patients’ adipose tissues would be concentrated in vitro then re-mixed with autologous adipose cells to be transfused back to patients. Those stem cells transfused would further specify into new adipose tissue or vascular endothelial cells according to literature reported. The survival rate of the new adipocytes is relatively high; also, such new adipocytes injection method could demonstrate a durable and substantial results compared to the conventional method of adipose cells injection. In addition, it is a safer treatment because patients receive their own adipose tissue and need not worry about foreign body reaction induced.
