住宿申請及入住須知

•   住宿申請流程：

請留意：慈濟大學姊妹校學生請向慈濟大學提出申請

1. 請於實習前2個月前填寫住宿申請單，向教學部提出申請住宿(民宿/人社院)，若無需申請也請回覆，逾期未回覆視為無需申請。

2. 住宿費分別繳交住宿單位(民宿/人社院)

3. 住宿費及房型說明，請參考下方圖片。

• 報到資訊：

A.人社院

• • (1) 宿舍報到地址：花蓮市介仁街67號(國際學舍)

  • (2) 宿舍報到地點：慈濟大學介仁校區聯合辦公室

  • (3) 連絡電話：(03)856-5301 # 11228（李坤峯）

  • (4) 宿舍報到日期：依照住宿申請單之入住日期(不可提前入住)
    ※注意：若住宿日期有變更，請提早通知，切勿當日提出。

  • (5) 宿舍報到時間：週一至週五8:00-12:00；13:30-17:30。
    (例假日報到者，請至人社院警衛室領取鑰匙，待週一上班時間辦理入住)

  • (6)短期住宿對象(見/實習生)—房型:四人一室(含網路)

  • (7)宿舍僅附床墊，枕頭、床被組、盥洗用具請住宿人員自行準備。

  • (8)住宿費:每人300元/日，依實際配床計費。

  • (9)包裹郵件收件地址：花蓮市介仁街67號慈濟大學國際學舍
    (郵局物品會放在聯合辦公室；民營貨運公司會送至宿舍管理室。)

  • (10)提供機車及平面汽車停車位申請：
    機車免收費；汽車停車位收費每學期500元(押金1000元)

  • (11)住宿人員退宿時，務必於當天將鑰匙放置於宿舍房間內。

B.醫院合作民宿(福來好事)

• • 民宿報到地點：花蓮市中山路一段71號

  • 於入住前自行與民宿業者連繫時間辦理入住。

慈濟大學國際學舍住宿須知

Tzu Chi University Dormitory Rules and Regulations

• 客房床舖、床頭櫃等物品，請勿隨意搬移。

All furnishing placements within the rooms are NOT to be disturbed. Please return all moved furniture to their original place(s).

• 請維護住宿安寧與秩序。

Be mindful and respectful of the dormitory’s peace and order.

• 貴重物品或金錢，請自行保管，如有遺失或失竊，本校不負責賠償。

Please keep your valuables with you at all times, the Management will NOT be responsible for any personal belongings.

• 住宿期間請愛惜公物，現有設備（非消耗品）如因其過失而致損壞或短少應照價賠償。

Use any communal/public properties with care. Any damages or loss will be shouldered by the perpetrator according to the item(s) original listing price.

• 請勿在床上吸煙、酗酒、賭博、大聲喧嘩，以維護安寧清潔。

It is strictly forbidden to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages, gamble on dormitory grounds.

• 嚴禁攜帶違禁品、危險物、寵物等入內，並請勿在房內擅自使用高電阻電器用品，以維護住宿安全。

It is strictly prohibited to bring any hazardous or dangerous materials into dormitory grounds; please refrain from using excessive amounts of high-voltage equipment to prevent blowouts.

• 國際學舍均設有開飲機設備、自助洗衣機、請住宿賓客自行使用。

The premises is equipped with self-serviced water dispensers, and laundry machines. Please use them responsibly.

• 住宿人員退宿時務必於退宿當天中午前將鑰匙交還管理單位（慈濟大學國際暨跨領域學院）。

Upon checking-out, please return your dormitory key to the Tzu Chi University, International College on the same day of leaving.

• 住宿人員負有保管國際學舍鑰匙及感應器之責任，如鑰匙、感應卡遺失則須繳交換鎖匙之工本費或感應卡新台幣壹仟元整。

When returning your key, please ensure that you return the accompanying access card. In the event the card is lost, the management reserves the right to charge for the replacement costs - amounting to 1,000 NT$.

• 緊急連絡電話：請撥03-8572677分機5820(國際學舍櫃台)或分機1356(人社院警衛室)。

In the event of an emergency, please contact: 03-857 2677 ext. 5820 (Dormitory Front Desk) or ext. 1356 (Humanities & Social Science Campus Security Office).

• 冷氣機：

Air-conditioner / Climate Control

• 離開房間時請關閉電源。

Please ensure the air conditioning is turned off when not in use.

• 各客房冷氣設備異常或故障，應通知國際學院(03-8572677分機3032)協助檢查及填報修繕作業；系統儲值若有發生問題應主動至宿舍管理室反映或提供相關資料進行後續查核。

Should the AC unit be unresponsive or malfunctioning, please contact the International College (03-857 2677 ext. 3032) to report the issue; for issues regarding the AC power payments (top-up), please contact the dormitory’s management.

• 各客房未依規定使用冷氣設備，致使設備故障，經確認為人為因素，除依國際學舍規定議處，該客房成員應負修理或賠償之責任。若因故意或重大過失所致損壞或遺失，由國際學院視情節及損壞情形報請校方依國際學舍規定議處。

Perpetrator(s) will be held accountable for any damages to the AC units found to be man-made be it intentional or a result of gross negligence; a complete loss to a AC unit will de handled directly by the International College.

• 熱水供應時間：

Hot Water Availability (Shower):
客房每間寢室熱水供應時間：每日18時至凌晨1時。
若有問題請撥03-8572677分機3032，由管理單位處理。
